I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. We had a business meeting and the accommodations were upscale and clean. The staff went above and beyond and were incredible, professional and friendly. The food was delicious - not typical banquet food. There was not one bad meal whether it was for the meeting, in the restaurant or room service. High quality standards on ever level.

My husband and I stayed at the Viceroy in Snowmass for my friends wedding. The rooms were amazing, very comfortable with a great view, very modern and romantic. The location was beautiful, right next to the ski lift on the base of the mountain. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing as well, especially at night with the lighting. The wedding was at the Viceroy and it was perfect. Great views, amazing food and drinks. My husband and I truly enjoyed our time there. We will be returning!

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms with high ceilings. Stayed in the 1 bedroom residence and dined at their restaurant. Food was exceptionally good — they have fresh green juice as well. Overall an excellent experience!

I went to snowmass for first time and my family couldn’t choose a better place to have a great dinner. Anca was taking care of us and she was outstanding!! We had a great experience and I want to thank her for the recommendations. All the food was super tasty and the drinks so good.

Horrible Customer Service, Disappointing Experience -

I am beyond frustrated with the appalling customer service at this hotel. My partner and I had an emergency come up, and we were unable to make it to our reservation for an anniversary trip to Snowmass. This was completely out of our control, but despite explaining the situation, the hotel showed zero empathy or compassion. They didn’t care at all.

I have stayed at numerous luxury properties, including Four Seasons, and the level of service here was shocking in comparison. We are Platinum card members, and we’ve never been treated so poorly by a brand. When we contacted reservations, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone, and when we did, they were rude and unhelpful. American Express had to call four times over two days, just to get the same answer every time: “Nothing we can do here.” American Express also tried to explain that we have never done this at any property in the past and that this was truly the first time that we had to initiate a last minute cancelation.

To make matters worse, despite being unable to attend, they still charged us the full $1,000+ for the stay. We even tried to reschedule the trip for the New Year, but they flat-out refused to accommodate us in any way. No problem-solving, no flexibility – just a cold, indifferent response.

This was all incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially on Thanksgiving when we were hoping to make the best of an unfortunate situation. We will never stay at a Viceroy property again, and we learned the hard way that true luxury is about much more than just a nice hotel. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you value customer care and compassion. This was absolutely unacceptable.

Toro Restaurant in Snowmass offers a fantastic dining experience. I enjoyed a delicious meal, starting with a vibrant ceviche that was perfectly fresh. The main course, a beautifully cooked steak, was tender and full of flavor, paired with roasted vegetables. The service was top-notch—Oscar stood out with his excellent attention and warm hospitality, making the night even more special. Toro’s Latin-inspired dishes combined with a cozy atmosphere make it a must-visit spot in Snowmass!

Excellent room with a great view. Service by front desk was also excellent, very responsive. The new TORO was amazing, both the ambience and the food, drinks and service. Mom and I went to the pool and liked the layout, which includes a server for food and drinks, a cabana area and a bar. However, it started raining right away, and Mom and I left right away.
