Would not recommend coming to this store. Red brownish liquid or blood marks on mattress, sales associates on phones kicking back on couches and not greet or help you, manager acts like she doesn’t care or want to help people. Didn’t tell me of the July sale just tells me her name and saying hi after walking from door all the way to the dining table sections which is almost all the way back to the store before someone sees and acknowledges me.
Was able to see a customers order on public view computers that they are selling. All the customers address, phone number what fridge is getting. Got the 3 year protection on it. Good choice on protecting that SxS Fridge sir. But overall the manager and associates are suppose to protect all information of their customers but put it on a 27in computer that they are selling out for display. There was also a hot wheels battery powered keep for a kid to ride in the store.
Not professional, lack of care for the company and for the customers. In one photo just see the associates on the couch on their phones. And the mess of the bedding area.

Outstanding service in every way. All the folks involved with helping me upgrade my place, I truly appreciate. They made it a great experience to decide on things that would help my situation. I highly recommend anyone to go to this place to improve your own.

They are going out of business for a reason, one would assume they would try to leave a good empress ion on the last customers. I’m disappointed to share a negative customer service experience. I spoke with several employees and managers, but kept receiving the same response without any resolution. The pick-up window I was given was between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., which is unworkable for someone with a typical 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. job. It’s nearly impossible to leave work for what could be an hour-long drive each way. When I asked for a delivery fee to be covered, I was told I would need to pay $100 for delivery.

After several dropped calls and no progress, I finally spoke with Nikel, who told me I could pick up my laptop before 9:30 p.m. After driving to the store at 6:30 p.m., I arrived to find the doors closed, even though the posted hours said they close at 7 p.m. This entire experience has been frustrating and feels very unfair.

Update:

I went to the pick location where the rest of my purchased things were before 5pm and the warehouse put up sign saying their hours are changed to 6am to 2pm. There is no coordination between the support and warehouse even though they will put you on hold for 10-20 mins to "talk to the warehouse team."

I ended up just asking for a refund as they wasted more of my time and support staff literally refuses to work things out, they simply follow a script and it is impossible to get through to anyone. If you are reading this, don't settle speaking to anyone but Joms or Chelci as they are the only "managers"

U guys lost me carlos is the best his the man that made what is people look for him like i do where corlos gos a lot of people will go that manager shes not even friendly u guys lost me im loyal to Carlos u guys r wrong for letting that person do that to him and them picture and all a lots more and my wife has buy this as well Carlos is one of the best u guys did one of the greatest wrong God bless u

This place is great if you don't have the cash to buy out right and able to purchase before your year of interest free expires... On our last visit Carlos helped us out, very funny, and knows how to sell!!!! Thanks for your help Sir.! Management needs to give this man a raise....!

There is a wide range of furniture. I'm not sure if it's a rent-to-own or straight buy-out because there were several pieces of furniture that were damaged or torn. As soon as you walk in, there is an island of attendants standing there waiting to help people. Sometimes, it's nice just to look around without someone following you, even if it's to answer questions. Overall, they have nice things

The absolute worst! I was sold something under the premise that if I provided renters insurance my payments would be lowered to 86$ from 177$; now I'm told that doesn't apply and I already signed the lease so that's that. Now I am going to be in debt.

I had the pleasure of working with Carlos. He was friendly and very helpful along with another of his associates too. Answered all my questions and gave me the best customer service. He immediately took care of the order which why I stopped by in the first place. I had ordered a dryer online but I would have to wait for it. Carlos immediately pulled up the order and took a look at it. Needless to say, instead of waiting for my dryer which was ordered incorrectly by me, I will be receiving my dryer actually tomorrow. The people here are eager to work hard and help you out. Thank you for the great customer service! ?
