What a great resource for remodeling our home. We sourced all of our tile needs for a master bath remodel here. The inventory is extensive and the prices are fair. When we first walked into the store it was overwhelming. After reading the product tags attached to each bin, we started to figure out how to navigate the store. You can plan ahead and schedule a consultation with one of their design professionals. Honestly, this is the way to shop here, but we didn’t know that. Found our tile and the CSR at the cash register told us what else we needed for the install. She was great. We also love their return policy that makes buying more than you need easy to return. Highly recommend. This is where you should start your remodel.

This review was long overdue! Adolfo P. Was incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding the right floors for my project. He was very patient and very detailed in giving me the pros and cons of the type of flooring I needed for my rental home. I highly recommend him for your flooring needs if you want great service with a smile! My rental home looked great! He will be my first contact for my next flooring project.

Clean and spacious. A massive store with a seemingly endless supply of merchandised materials, tools and supplies - everything one needs from start to finish. The design center offers free consults with several concept designs to be inspired by. The availability and knowledge of the staff along with quiet carts made shopping here a real pleasure!

Hi. I came in on Labor Day for grout. First, thank you for being open! We are in the middle of a build and with so much to purchase, I realized we’d forgotten some of the grout. Robert was so helpful on confirming some of my choices but also in offering recommendations on others. He was spot on in his choices too! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We are Home Builders and currently building in The Texas Hill Country. We decided to give Floor and Decor a try when it was time to purchase flooring. I’m so happy we did! Their Customer Service is unmatched…EXCELLENT!
I dealt personally with Brittany and she was very professional, respectful, helpful and was true to her word! That is a rare thing nowadays! Everyone I encountered in the store was HELPFUL, POLITE and PROFESSIONAL but Brittany absolutely went above and beyond her duties to help me!
We will most definitely be using them again!

I just wanted to share my experience with Floor and Decor Cedar Park. Designer, Vishwa Patel, is amazing. I brought her my contractor's drawing and told her what my dreams were for the new guest bathroom. She was a good listener. So patient!! Then she walked around with me, giving me tips about certain tile I was attracted to and pointing out others that I had not noticed that she thought would fit my style. One of which turned out to be my inspiration for the rest of the design. She helped me make better decisions about the final look and the practical implications for installation, budget, and the wet dogs and kids that would ultimately be running around on that tile!! She took the measurements, created the quote, and voila` ~~order placed to be picked up in another state no less. Process was seamless. Thank you Vishwa. Can't wait to see the final product.
